The editorial staff of Foodservice Equipment & Supplies found themselves in a pinch early this year: their lead designer had a family emergency and the associate designer had a planned vacation. The art department was empty and the magazine was set to begin production in less than a week. The Editorial Director, Joe Carbonara, shot us a quick email asking if we were available. With well over 20 years of magazine design experience and multiple magazine design awards, we jumped right in. We understand the ins and outs of the magazine production process. In less than a week, we had caught up with the editorial staff with ready-to-read proofs. After the magazine was sent to press, Joe emailed us saying, "Can’t thank you enough for all you did, Andy. We were in a pickle. This issue was going to be difficult to begin with but we had more challenges than usual and that led to higher amounts of text edits.
